My pay shows what you earn through payroll: your staff pay plan, this month so far and your pay statements. Every team member has it, with no special permission. Only you (and the people who run payroll) can see your pay; nobody else's pay is shown here. Open it from the menu under your name.

Your pay plan

Each row describes one part of your plan, for example "$600.00 fixed every pay period" or "$0.50 per order up to 250 orders a month, then $0.75". When you are paid per order, a sentence says which orders count for you (for example the orders you assigned to a driver). An order counts once, on the day it is finished, and the count starts again every month.

You are not paid through payroll means your company has not put you on a staff pay plan. Ask the person who runs payroll if you think you should be.

Good to know

  • You can't change anything here. Questions about a line or a statement go to the person who runs payroll.
  • If the page can't load, an error with Try again shows instead.
