What the notifications you get mean
Every alert the driver app can send, when it arrives, what tapping it opens and which ones you can switch off.
On this page
The app tells you about work, pay and documents. Each alert also lands in the Notifications list (the bell at the top right), grouped by Today, Yesterday and older dates, even if your phone did not show it. Tap an alert to open the order, offer, statement, message or document it is about. For the screens, see Messages and notifications screens.

Open Profile > Preferences. Under Notifications, switch Orders, Offers, Pay, Documents and Sound on or off. A group that is off does not reach the phone or the bell. Alerts marked "Always on" cannot be switched off.
On your phone
- The first time, the app asks Turn on notifications? and explains why before your phone asks. Not now keeps everything working, but you won't hear about new orders or offers until you allow them; Home then shows Notifications are off.
- If your company uses its own name in the app, alerts show that name as the title.
- Offers expire fast: an offer alert stops being delivered once the offer can no longer be accepted.
- If alerts don't arrive, see Driver app troubleshooting.
