Drive for the network and take offers

Independent network drivers are not employed by one company. They apply once, go online when they want to work, and accept the delivery offers they like.

Apply

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Become a network driver.
2. Fill in First name, Last name, Email, Mobile phone and Password, then tap Create account.
3. Your application lists the steps: Verify contact, Personal details, Driver license, Vehicle, ID and selfie, Consent and terms, Payout setup and Review and submit. Tap Start application.
4. Work through each step. Your answers are saved as you go: tap Save and exit to stop and Continue application to pick up later. The Payout setup step connects the bank account you get paid to.
5. On Review and submit, tap Submit application. The status becomes Application in review.

If the team asks for changes, the status shows Changes requested with the reason for each document. Upload the documents again and tap Resubmit for review. When you see You are approved, tap Start driving.

Go online

1. On Home, the Availability card shows Offline. Tap Zones and checklist.
2. Under Zones, tap the areas you want to work in. You only get offers with a pickup in these zones.
3. The Go online checklist must be all Done: Account approved, Documents valid, Vehicle selected, Zone selected and Location permission on. Each To do item has a button to fix it.
4. Turn on the Online switch, or tap Go online on Home.

While you are online, the app shares your location (Location and battery settings). Tap Go offline when you stop working. If you also drive for a company, being online here is separate from your company shift: a company shift does not take you offline, so go offline here while you work for the company.

Accept or decline an offer

A new offer fills the screen with a sound and vibration. The ring at the top counts down: every offer is time-limited.

1. Check Your pay for this delivery, the From and To areas, the distance and packages. Exact addresses appear after you accept.
2. To take it, slide Swipe to accept to the right. (With reduce motion or a screen reader on, it is an Accept offer button.)
3. To refuse it, tap Decline offer, pick a reason (Too far, Pay too low, Not available) or type one, and tap Confirm decline.
4. Not sure yet? Tap Decide later. The offer stays on the Offers tab until it expires. There, tap Accept offer and confirm with Accept for the amount.

The accepted order appears under Orders and on Home. Deliver it as usual (Complete a delivery).

No offers coming in?

• The Offers tab says Go online to receive offers while you are offline. Tap Go online there.
• Online but Waiting for offers: keep the app open; new offers appear with a sound.
• Check Profile > Preferences that offer notifications are on, and open Ratings and standing on the Offers tab: while your account is under review or suspended you may not get offers.
