Pay plans
The list of driver and staff pay plans, what each one pays, its current version and how many assignments it has.
On this page
Pay plans lists how drivers and team members are paid. Every change to a plan is a new version with an effective date, so pay already earned is never re-priced. Open it with Pay plans on Payroll. Viewing needs payroll view rights; creating plans needs payroll edit rights (Admin and Finance by default).

Empty state
No pay plans yet: drivers are paid from their own hourly, distance and per-delivery rates (on their profile) until you create a plan. Team members such as dispatchers are paid through payroll only once they have a staff plan. Create a pay plan opens a new driver plan.
How a driver's plan is chosen
A driver plan is assigned to a single driver (on the driver's Compensation tab), to a vehicle ownership, to an employment type, or as the tenant default. For each day, the most specific assignment wins: the driver, then vehicle ownership, then employment type, then the default. Staff plans are assigned to one team member at a time.
