Inbox (your alerts)
The Notifications page: your own alerts about failed and late deliveries, route delays, maintenance, licences and the daily summary, with the All / Unread switch, the category filter and Mark all read.

Notifications at /inbox lists the alerts sent to you in the app: failed and late deliveries, routes behind schedule, maintenance, licences and your summary. Every signed-in user has their own list; no permission is needed. Open it with View all notifications under the bell in the top bar.
This page is about your own alerts. The emails and texts your company sends to customers are on Customer emails & texts.
At a glance

| Mark all read | Marks every alert read. Greyed out when nothing is unread. |
| All / Unread | Show everything, or only what you haven't opened (with the unread count). |

| Previous / Next | Page through when there are more than 20; the line shows the page and the number of alerts. |
Each alert
| Part | What it shows |

| Icon | The category. Red for high-priority alerts. |
| Title | Bold while unread. |
| Detail | One or two lines about what happened. |
| Category · time | For example "Route delays · 12 min ago". Hover the time for the exact date and time. |
| Blue dot | Unread. |
Click an alert to open what it is about (an order, a route, a vehicle or a driver). Opening it marks it read.
Categories
| Category | You get it when |
|---|---|
| Shipment delays | A shipment falls behind its promised delivery window, waits for a driver or for your approval, or the receiver asks for a change. |
| Failed deliveries | A delivery attempt fails or a shipment is returned. |
| Route delays | A dispatched route slips behind its planned schedule. |
| Vehicle maintenance due | A vehicle reaches its next service date or mileage. |
| Driver license expiry | A driver licence or medical certificate is close to expiring. |
| Fuel index alerts | A new value from an automatic fuel index is held for review, or its source has stopped publishing. Only for people with pricing edit rights. |
| Daily summary reports | A roll-up of orders, routes and fleet activity. |
Which categories reach you, and on which channel (In-App, Email, SMS), is set on My alerts.
Empty and error states
- No new alerts when you have none, with Choose what you get; while the Exceptions queue has open items it also shows a link such as 3 open exceptions (the bell does the same).
- Nothing here with "You have read everything." on Unread, or when a category has no alerts.
- If the list can't load, an error with a retry button replaces it.
Good to know
- The bell in the top bar shows the unread count and the latest alerts; Mark all read there does the same as here.
- The All / Unread choice, category and page stay in the address, so you can bookmark a filtered view.
